On August 7, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn.Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(1)(9); 326B.86, subd. 2; 326B.84 (2) (2022) and Minn. Rule 2891.0040, subp. 1H (2021). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to obtain all building permits before beginning any construction work in Minnesota and request all required inspections in a timely manner and have a current general liability and worker's compensation insurance, with a copy of the Certificate of Insurance on file with DLI. The business will also pay $1,000.00 of a $5,000.00 fine, with the balance stayed on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority.
