      "Andrew and Mike were excellent for years, but then the owner fired them and would not respond to my requests for service on a furnace they installed. When the owner finally responded over two weeks late he told me there was not a problem with my air flow like I was describing to him, but within a day my AC went out due to the furnace was set on high air flow like I suspected and therefore too forceful which made my AC short circuit." ...
