            4/26 Ramon and his company was to tear out the tar driveway and replace it with a concrete driveway. All of the main work was done on the 26th and only thing that was left was to cut the cement and take the wood barrier out the next day. 4/27 his crew came and cut the concrete per the agreement and take the final payment. On 4/27 when they left and it rained that day and I noticed that the cement was coming out (picture attached). I called Ramon that night and he said he would come and take a look in next few days. His explanation to me was that two cement truck were not enough so they had to order a third truck and only need a small batch to finish the driveway so some issue with cement. I told him that was not my problem and he needed to fix it. He said we can try patching it but I did tell him they should redo that area but he insisted on patching it first. The patch it self looks horrible on a brand-new driveway. I am asking Ramon to fix the issue or reimburse me.
