            Hello, I purchase a vehicle (2008 Jeep Liberty 1J8GN28K68W20596) on 12/03 with Border Auto Sales and later that afternoon when it got colder I turned on the heater and the heat does not work. I contacted the seller but just ignores my messages, email and calls. I live in ********* and our current temperature is 7 degrees. The heat is obviously crucial and essential in the ******************. I only want this issue to be resolved, I will keep the vehicle but need the heat to be fixed. Thank you!

            Dont buy a vehicle from this dealer! We purchased a **** escape 12/26/22 - he had to jump start vehicle - but battery light on- he said he would exchange it out & did. Got to gas station & light came on again. We took it back to him. He then said it was the battery post - replaced the part. We live 2 hours away & after 30 min the battery light came on again. We called ***************** said it sounds like the alternator was bad so my husband couldnt turn heat on etc in order to make it home. Called dealer- employee said he thought it was alternator also. Later spoke to ************ said h*** do what he can. Took it to ************-put in new alternator, tension belt - $600 bill. We sent copy to *******- no reply. Made multiple attempts but no reply - in the meantime our check was as cashed. He told us he offers a 7 day warranty- on our sale bill we were charged $289 for the ************* wouldnt stand behind it! Beware
