Had a very good experince working with Legacy Restoration LLC in replacing a roof damaged by hail last summer. Had a good working relationship with Mike ******* and his team who were always available to answer any question regarding the scheduling of the repair, working with the insurance company , getting the job done, returning the property to it's original state after the work was done and finalizing all the paper work insuring all bills were paid.. Would highly reccommend them to any one in need of the types of work they do especially replacing roofs. Can't thank them enough for our beautiful roof !Legacy Restoration, LLC

Fantastic experience! One of the best vendors I have had the pleasure of working with. Large project finished on time (even with several inclement weather days). Communication above and beyond to both our residents as well as ownership. Already have additional projects scheduled for 2025 and beyond. Legacy did a great job with installing our gutters. They were prompt and did a great job in cleaning up after installation. We worked through our HOA (Stonehaven) and with Kasey ******* and we were very pleased with the finished project. We would recommend Legacy Restoration.Legacy Restoration, LLC

Summer storm damage prompted me to contact Legacy Restoration to replace the roof on my home. A Legacy representative met with me promptly to explain what they could do, when they could do it and that they would keep close contact with my insurance company. Then, Legacy did just that! The job was done on time in one day with quality material and workmanship. Clean-up was immaculate. One would never have known anything had been done unless they climbed up and looked at the roof. Legacy staff kept in contact with me by phone, text and email throughout the entire process. Unsure if I needed a new roof. I already had someone check and told me I could wait. Legacy was in the neighborhood and asked if they could look. It turns out that I not only needed a new roof but decking and gutter guards. It is now up to code. The entire process went smoothly and communication throughout was exactly what customer service should be! Highly recommend!!!!!Legacy Restoration, LLC

I would not recommend Legacy Restoration for any job, if it's not a sure thing you never hear from them. I have called and left messages to their project manager and never heard back. I feel that the whole process was just a big company scam. If this is the kind of customer service that the project manager brings, he be out the door. I have never been so disappointed in a company practice and that they were there to help and never did after the meeting with the insurance adjuster.Legacy Restoration, LLC
