1 starDO NOT HIRE. Roof replacement done in an UNWORKMAN LIKE MANNER. Management of this 2022-2023 project was sorely lacking. Vinyl siding on front /back was cut /cracked. Broke Chinese Chippendale Deck handrail in half. Replaced and cracked again. Refused to replace. Bent front window-box metal hangers (2). Not able to use. Not replaced/reinstalled. Each bolted into house thru vinyl siding.
Cut corners during reroofing and during a later "2nd Chance" redo /repairs. Initially put box vents (2) on this Williamsburg style colonial cape cod front dormers (2). This damaged the curb appeal and weakened the 2 dormers roof flooring. Damaged expensive landscaping that was corded off.
Cut/cracked rear vinyl siding. Failed "village permit" inspection twice (2). Never addressed failures cause. Refused to acknowledge the vinyl cuts/cracks. Damaged new ventilation envelope. Needs 6 vents on back roof. Dismantled 2010 Attic Fan. Left plywood winter cover on running air conditioning unit during 90+F. Condition found days later. No walk thru with owner. Three holes on flooring (Plywood) now have much thinner flooring material. Six (6) boxed vents NOT spaced in a workmanlike manner on back roof. Now only 4 box vents.
Management failed to address all issues in a civil manner with possible resolutions. Issues were presented by owner (70+) in a timely calm manner documented with pictures in a three-ring notebook at the Lombard, IL office. 5 starsAbsolutely great company to work with! These folks know how to take a project from start to finish with very few missteps. In the case of an unexpected complication, they will communicate with you until they get it right. This is the 3rd roof that I have put on this house. By far, the best company! Travis rocks!!!

1 starThe company is only focused on chasing insurance related storm claims. They called about every other day checking on my claim status (borderline obnoxious) and wanting people to be onsite to ensure the review was done correct. However, once the insurance denial came in ... I never heard from them again.Review fromChris K

1 starCompany is worst then a used car salesman, original contract was 21,665.28, they start our roof on fire and then tell us we owe 26,139.92.
Then wife goes and pays them in full after they refused to send certification to insurance company with out my knowledge.
Also have video evidence that only nine sheets of plywood was used and they billed my insurance for nineteen. When did homeowner become responsible for a fire their workers caused.Legacy Restoration, LLC

1 starPlease stop coming to my house in Urbandale. I have told you twice now but I've had State Farm and a roofing contractor look at my roof, and it is made of high quality shingling that is fine. The first time you came you were so rude I asked you to get off my lawn. The second time you tried to convince me again and I just said no. 5 starsHad a very good experince working with Legacy Restoration LLC in replacing a roof damaged by hail last summer. Had a good working relationship with Mike ******* and his team who were always available to answer any question regarding the scheduling of the repair, working with the insurance company , getting the job done, returning the property to it's original state after the work was done and finalizing all the paper work insuring all bills were paid.. Would highly reccommend them to any one in need of the types of work they do especially replacing roofs. Can't thank them enough for our beautiful roof !Legacy Restoration, LLC
