    I have to give Lindstrom Restoration zero stars. A significant tree branch fell on my house June 16th 2024. I signed paperwork on June 20th for their estimate. To date nothing has been started on my house. One person I was working with went on medical leave and then both people I was working with left the company and I was left hanging. The communication has been horrible, they did not reach out to me to tell me this I had to find out the hard way. They have been ridiculous with my estimate and not understanding what my insurance company will cover and not cover. Per my adjuster they put a lot of fluff in their estimate that was not needed. I have tried to be patient but this is not a professional company to work with. Now after 10 months I have to leave them and try and find another contractor who can actually do the work. This has been a long 10 months and a very frustrating 10 months.
