      Delivery was on time it came early I was surprised. The costume was cute and accurate. I got alot of compliments, outfit is true to size an I had an amazing night I will order again and I recommend this company to everyone.

      Fun.com/HalloweenCostumes.com is a great place to shop year-round. Not only are the items exclusive and cater to cheesy nerd and nostalgia, they have things for normies too! The customer service is top tier and friendly! Shipping is super fast and there are fun videos to watch to earn Monster Points. I highly suggest shopping with them. Lastly, the quality is great and doesn't disintegrate in the wash!

      I have being shopping online since 2020 and have enjoyed their great variety of products & reasonable prices. And I wish to point out they provide excellent customer service. Having worked as a CSR myself, I know that it can be challenging, especially with complaints. I haven't had any complaints with FUN.com but I had questions on 2 occasions and both times the CSR was friendly, knowledgeable & quickly answered my questions. Kudos to their staff.

      Costume arrived a full week before expected. Tho the 4x was smaller than expected customer service was excellent helping me exchange for a larger size even though the costume was labeled as non-refundable.

      I ordered two different sets of Roman soldier costumes for our Church play. The first set ran to small and to short. The second set was the opposite and ran to big and to small. We couldn’t use them. I had 3 orders all together. We had to use our old costumes. So thankful we still had them. I returned all 3 orders over a month ago and still haven’t received my refund. I learned In returning the products, I had to pay $7.99 for each label. Also the company let me know they are holding 18% repackaging fees for each costume and that is not fair. All costumes were shipped in their original package but 1 and were still brand new. I’ve been in communication with them by text and keep getting the run around. It’s not fair for them to keep 18% fees like that because when they resale the costumes they will make full price again. That is like stealing. I have close to $1K in these costumes. I would like a full refund.

      HalloweenCostumes.com is a fantastic company! Over the past couple of years, I have ordered several costumes from them, and they have provided excellent customer service and quality products.
      I love that they carry all sizes and have a great selection! Their sales, coupons, and rewards make them very affordable. I have been happy with everything I have bought from them.
