    Any reputable business will accommodate a customer. Not this business!
    They supposedly did some work for me, I understood they left a pump and water tank...for the $1200 I was charged.
    Come to find out no pump or tank. And I have repeatedly asked by email and phone calls, that I want an itemized invoice showing what I paid $1200 for. They refuse to give me any itemized invoice!!!

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms. ******** concerns and would like to provide a detailed account of the service provided and the steps taken to address her requests.On January 22, 2025, our technician, ******** responded to ******************** request regarding a reported issue of no water at the home. Upon inspection, ******* determined that the well pump was not functioning. He provided Ms. ******* with a verbal estimate of $4,500 for the installation of a new well pump and well tank, while also explaining that there was a 50/50 chance that the well itself had run dry. If this were the case, the new equipment would not resolve the problem, and the reduced cost for the attempted installation would be $2,******. ******* approved the work, and ******* completed the installation. Unfortunately, the new equipment did not restore water due to the well being dry. ******* informed Ms. ******* that a new well would be required. To help offset the difficulty of this situation, ******* applied an $800 discount to the invoice as a goodwill gesture, which Ms. ******* verbally accepted.On February 4, 2025, Ms. ******* called the office and paid the final invoice in full by credit ******* the weeks that followed, Ms. ******* contacted our office requesting an itemized invoice. Our technician attempted to return her calls, but was unable to connect with her, and our owner also personally attempted to reach her to discuss the matter. When these calls were not returned, Ms. ******* continued to contact our call center and later posted online reviews expressing dissatisfaction.Although our company does not typically provide itemized invoices, in an effort to resolve her concern, our owner created a detailed, itemized statement of charges, which was mailed to Ms. ******* on March 18, 2025.We believe we have made every reasonable effort to communicate with Ms. ******** provide the documentation she requested, and demonstrate goodwill through both the discount applied at the time of service and the itemized invoice that was prepared specifically for her. We regret that she remains dissatisfied and hope this response provides clarification on the service provided and the steps taken to address her concerns.
