On January 10, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. §§ 326B.082, subd. 11 (b)(1)(5)(8)(9); 326B.33; 326B.36; and 326B.84 (2)(4)(5)(15) (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to revocation of the business's residential building contractor license and revocation of the qualifying builder registration for Deonte Hill. The business also agreed to cease and desist from acting as a residential building contractor, remodeler or roofer in Minnesota and to fully cooperate with customer's attempts to be compensated from the Contractor Recovery Fund. The stayed monetary penalty of $13,000.00 from the March 2022 Consent Order will remain stayed and a $25,000.00 penalty shall also be stayed contingent on the business's full compliance with the terms of this Consent Order and compliance with laws, rules and orders of DLI.
