- ZEAN-TECH SERVICES guarantees all repair service for 30 days after the work is completed. If the problem with your computer and/or device reoccurs within 30 days after the work is completed, we will redo your work at no addition charge to you. However, any additional wear, tear and/or damage that are determine to be the customer's fault may incur additional charges.
Zean-Tech Services does not accept responsibility for any damage to your device's hardware or peripheral devices. Please make sure to remove all external devices before bring in your computer, smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, DVD/VCR player for repair. (External devices may include: CD/DVD, thumb drives SD Cards, etc.)
ZEAN-TECH SERVICES is not responsible for loss of personal data and/or software applications that are installed on your device. You are responsible to make sure that any or all any critical data is backed up before bringing your computer, smartphones, gaming consoles, tablets, etc. You are also responsible for providing copies or proof of any licensed software.
All devices, computer, smartphones, gaming consoles, tablets and DVD/VCR player must be picked up within 30 days once the work is completed. ZEAN-TECH SERVICE is not responsible for the subsequent loss of any items that you may leave behind.
ZEAN-TECH SERVICES will ensure that its technicians will use all technical expertise in compliance with ZEAN-TECH SERVCES' policy to work on your device to the best of their abilities; however, ZEAN-TECH SERVICES does not guarantee that we will be able to solve the problem or problems that your device (computer, smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, DVD/VCR player is experiencing). Once it is determine that we cannot fix your device we will notify you and a $50 troubleshooting fee will be assessed.
Any device not picked up within 30 days of completion will become property of ZEAN-TECH SERVICES - Business Categories
