      I hired this firm to represent me for disability. I have been with them for 3 years. I would call and ask how my case was going and got the same line, it takes time. I am fighting both SS and my long term insurance right now because they have done nothing for my case. they never checked up on my case, never contacted me on my case. nothing, only when I called they would say the same thing, it takes time. they never kept in touch with me or SS. In march, I had enough with them. I asked for papers on my case, was first denied, told they would call SS and nothing came from it. I feel they are just sitting back and counting the month and amount to pocket more money. They have to represented me and my case. No return calls after she said she would FINALLY CONTACT THEM. I have heard nothing from them. dead silence. I hope I can stop someone from going through what I have. I feel I have had no representation from this lawyer office. I hired a law office to represent me and all they have done was start my case. I have had to due the rest by myself. All I could get out of them for three years is "it takes time" they never called to check up on me or my case. Nothing much at all. I personally think they have stalled my case just to get more money and that is all. I always had to contact them to get the same thing "it takes time. My work disability has cut me off several times because they don't understand why my case it sitting and nothing is being done. I have had to fight them as well about this to keep some money coming in. I have been working on my case by myself. I have wrote them a letter telling them they no longer represent me and have offered to pay them $900 dollars for what they have done for me at the beginning. I hope nobody else has to go through what they have put me through.

      Basically was told my husband could file Chapter 7 , and last minute, because of them forgetting to add my income said now he qualifies for Chapter 13, we closed the case. I am still on the hook for *******, I feel like this was a scam and they never intended to even file our case. Why am I on the hook and we never filed. I am sure I am not the 1st ****** this happened to,
