    Horrible internet and mobile interface for this business.Took multiple calls and tons of time on the phone with them to even get signed up and their website to barely work.Credit card algorythim tried to not let me pay the ***** sign-up fee for one month. It did not like funded.com at all. Should have listened to the credit card company.Signed up. Finally, funded wrung and scored their 99 bucks from me.Instantly I could almost never even get back logged into their site. It was painstaking to continully not be allowed to log in. Or it would constantly give me a bogus boiler plate response saying I am not approved??? Like really??? I had not even had the chance to do ANYTHING on your website except create a user and password and a tiny other bit of nothing. The system never worked correctly from thr moment your sales pitch conned me from my 99 dollars. I suspected a scam after a day of this behavior from their website. I called and was never able to reach a live person ever again. Left messages to refund my money. There is nowhere on their site to cancel subscriptions. I was forced to email and demand a refund from e***e, the only way I could get into contact with them. And the only person I had spoken to at all in this company.After 2 days of nothing working on their site, no one answering, no emails answered, and now not even being allowed apparently to use the site, funded conviniently just so happened to update their refund policy. Well hmmm, would you look at that. Great timing. What a joke. If you want to know the feeling and total destructive application of what the psychological despair this funded . com has caused me, feel free, go ahead and sign up. Look out, you "may" get what they want and you will be no better off. That being said, I demand my ***** dollars back. No if ands or buts.

    1/25/24 - Membership Activation
    1/25/24 - We gave assistance in completing the member's posting which is a must to have their profile set-up
    2/15/24 - Member called before office hours and left us a voicemail with no reason for the call mentioned. The phone call was returned the same day, but the member did not answer

    We tested the member's account, and it is fully functional. We have had no complaints from other members about issues at the time of ********-up. We conduct regular function tests on all platforms. When we have a site use complaint, we promptly investigate. Most login issues are found with the setup with input error of an incorrect email or password. 

    We have canceled the membership and APPROVED a refund of $99. Expect up to 7 days for your bank to process.

    Tried to cancel my membership I could not locate anywhere on the website to do so called left a message no one called back got hit for another month. I just want a refund you got me for 3 months and have done nothing for me

    7/21/23 - Activated a 3-day trial

    7/24/23 - Trial expired. We have no record of cancellation request was ever received until 10/27/23

    10/27/23 - member called in the morning and it went to voice mail. We returned and got connected. We cancelled his account directly over the phone. He requested a refund and we referred him to contact billing, we never received further correspondence.

    We trust our members to cancel their subscription through our website or contact us prior to the monthly renewal date.  We have APPROVED to refund the most recent month, upon reply confirmation, that customer will not dispute matter with bank.

    I signed up for a 3-day trial on the website Funded. Because the website would not load my already completed business plan, I decided to cancel within the 3 days trial period. However, I check my bank account and was still charged $99.00 dollars. I called the company and they stated that because it was on the weekend the account did not cancel. Every trial I have ever done in my life a company's system cancels the trial in the database and the client is not charged. They told me to send an email through their website in which I did immediately. I have called, left messages, and sent messages to the company several times and have not received a phone, email, or a refund. I want the $99.00 taken from my account.

    8/02, Wed - Member activated 3-day trial.

    8/06, Sun - 3-day trial expired, and the member was charged. Member left voice mail regarding posting and sent us a cancellation request online, and it was successfully canceled.

    8/07, Mon - We tried to call member on 8/06 and left voicemail back but got no answer.

    8/08, Tue - Member called to complain about the $99 charge and was referred to contact billing.

    However, we APPROVE a refund of $99 if it is verified no dispute has started with the member's bank. Expect up to 7 days to reflect on your statement.

    I am currently subscribed to the service Funded.com provides for $99.00 a month. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months but whenever I call their number they never answer - the reason I need to get a hold of them is because my account is DEACTIVATED. Their website allows for one to reset their password, but resetting the password does not reactivate the account - the only way to reactivate the account and log in is to get a hold of these people, who never return my calls or attempts to communicate. This is a serious problem because I can't cancel my subscription without access to my account, and all the while automatic credit card payments are being processed while they essentially refuse me access to my account and the cancel button. I'm seeking a refund for this month and for the subscription to be cancelled please.

    5/20/23, Saturday - Customer left voicemail stating cancellation request.

    5/22/23, Monday - We returned call but no answer and left customer another voicemail

    5/23/23 - Customer called again and left message and we called back and left another voicemail message.

    We have effectively cancelled customer's account with ** and have APPROVED a refund for most recent payment of $99 credited on original form of payment only, expect up to 7 days to show on customers bank statement.
