    We bought a 2016 Dodge Durango on 08/25/21. The whole experience was a mess. My mother cosigned with us, but the day that we signed, they had us sign a few papers, and we couldn't take the vehicle with us since it had to go through detailing, so they gave us a loaner and I went back down to ****** 2 days later and they had me sign the remaining paper work, and mailed it to my mother to get her signature on those papers. I heard from them in November telling me they finally got the key fob and asked them to let me know when we could work something out to get it. They stated they had not received the paperwork back from my mother, and I confirmed with her and told them that it had been sent back to them on approximately Sept 4,2021. Fast forward to last month approximately May 12, 2022, we traded that Durango in for a different vehicle as my husband was not happy with the Durango. Unbeknownst to **, the other dealership never filed the title when they got from the original owner, and thus never sent the title in for us to have either. They took our money for this. They are now threatening us, refusing to give our money back or GAP and VSP as well as the other dealership as they say this was not a valid transaction, however I made every payment on the loan except the last one and I have and can obtain proof of that. I also have the pay off letter. My loan company has even confirmed receiving those papers on their end. They are now demanding that even though I have copies of most of the papers that were signed, I sign them again. This is not something I am comfortable doing. This whole process has been a terrible mess, and this is a company I will never recommend to anyone, and they should be investigated for the type of business they are doing, we have a friend that bought a vehicle from there around the same time as us, and they too have still not received the title. This makes me think that it is likely not just us that this has happened too.
