    Business Response

Client was charged in ************** with using a fake ID, the penalty for which is 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. A Police Officer went to Zorbaz bar in ***********  The Bouncer at that bar had seized an Iowa drivers license from Complainant, which Bouncer gave Officer.  Bouncer said the Iowa DL was obviously fake, and the owner of the Iowa DL (Client) had already left.  The Officer met Clients parents at the bar.  The parents identified Client as the Iowa DLs owner.  Father called Client and Client spoke to Officer.  Client stated that he had walked away from the bar and was not coming back to talk to the Officer.  The Client stated that he could not be charged and that he would have the Officer fired if the Officer attempted to charge him.  The Officer verified the Iowa DL was fake with Iowas records. The Iowa DL said Client was 22 and lived in *****  Police found Clients true MN records showing he was 18 and lived in **********  Father confirmed Client was 18 and drinking earlier.   Client alleges hes not guilty; That is clearly not true.  Clients father confirmed the Iowa DL was fake.

Mr. ******* did an excellent job representing Client and reduced the possible jail from 90 days in jail, to a mere 30 day stayed sentence, with no time in jail.  Mr. ******* resolved the case with no in person court appearances, which saved Client time and money.  Client's liability was significantly reduced by Mr. ******** efforts, and this is quite simply a case that was not going to just go away.  Client is frankly lucky he didnt get time in jail since he threatened a Police Officers job and was drunk while under 21.

The Client received the work and service that he paid for, and received a favorable outcome of his case.  A refund of the retainer paid is not reasonable.
