- Unfortunately, all custom orders including letter jackets, chenille patches, embroidery orders and heat transfers are non-refundable. These patches are custom-manufactured and cannot be returned once production has begun. Please fully review your order for errors before submitting. If you find an error after you have placed your order, please contact us as soon as possible, there may be additional fees to correct your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your stock in-store purchase please call AST Sports at 855-881-8527 within 30 days to arrange return. Be sure to save original receipt. Product must be returned unused in original packaging. Return of under garments such as jocks and supporters will not be accepted. Exchanges due to AST Sports error will be shipped at no additional charge. COD's will not be accepted. - Business Categories
