    I honestly would not even give them a 1 rating ....we bought our teenage daughter an ***** car from them which we brought back multiple times in 2 months for the same issue of dash board flickering on her at night, having to be jump started multiple times and now this last time I was told there was a "mice issue" which has been the problem since the beginning and they will not fix it ...we do not have mice the problem NEVER HAVE ...issue started happening right away and they kept putting a "bandaid" on the issue...now they are saying they wont pay for it and we have to file it through our home owners??....NEVER EVER AGAIN will we buy a vehicle from them! Very bad and unsafe experience for our teenage daughters first car! Why offer to pay for the bandaid interventions but not the real problem?? According to their explanation of "as is" they should have never even paid for the bandaid repairs?? ??. Was that just to keep me quiet until I was past a certain point of purchase? Not the way to do business in a small town...

    ****, I am sorry about your experience with your 2013 **** Focus with 90,*** miles. ** the state of *********, any vehicle purchased over 7 years and ****** miles is considered as is no warranty. As a dealer we do understand that things happen and that is why you have not paid for a single repair on the vehicle. The last repairs that we did on the vehicle was back in the middle of March and have not heard anything for the last couple months. Since the vehicle has been brought back to us, there was a fresh mouse nest under the hood of the vehicle and that is why they mentioned to file it under your homeowners insurance because we have dealt with those multiple times. After we cleaned everything out and retested everything, we have also started it multiple times throughout the day and brought the car back in the shop to double check everything on Thursday afternoon. As far as "band aid repairs" that is because there aren't any parts available for the vehicle because of the year of the vehicle. We will let you know when it is ready to be picked up. Again, we understand that things happen and have taken care of the repairs with what is available for your vehicle, even though we are not obligated to because of the year and miles of the vehicle.
