      Famous **** closed down unexpectly near me. I went to famous **** with my gift card and turns out, the place is permanently closed. This is the ******* location.I bought famous **** gift cards prior to the location close down. I want to ask for my money back for the gift card coz I just can't even spend them.I have a total of two gift cards still, I checked on the website, one has *****, and the other one has ***** left over balance on it I'm not sure if I should provide the gift cards numbers here, or if they can email be separately for me to provide the gift cards numbers, if that's a more secure way to do things.

      On 12/23/23, I called to place a pick up order. I gave my ************ asked for my credit card information. I arrived to the restaurant & called letting them know that I arrived & the parking # I was in. After 20 min I called to check the status. They said theyll be right out. I waited another 15 min & went inside. They told me they didnt see the order after looking. I asked to speak with the manager. ****** came out and said she was the manager. She told me I didnt have an order. She was rude, cauky, and arrogant!!!!! I showed on my phone when I called. She in so many words said that I was lying. She said that they dont take cards over the phone so I am definitely lying. I was very offended; especially because of her arrogant attitude and her laughing talking about me in Spanish. I understood a little of what she was saying & it was very rude. I requested to talk to her boss. *** said she didnt have one. I asked to speak to another member of management. She said there wasnt anyone else. I asked one of the other staff members to find another manager. ******* came out to help me. He was the ***** opposite & very nice trying to help. I explain to him and that she claimed that I was lying because they dont take *************** cards over the phone. He said that they do. When they have a phone line, if those over to a customer service *********** do take credit cards over the phone. He was very apologetic & was very helpful. Im in corporate HR as Sr. ** from the **********. We use Famous Daves for our catering a LOT. I visit frequently but only twice at the ******* location. NEVER had such horrible customer service. I have not been back since then!

      I had a birthday offer from Famous Dave's. I never got to use it. It disappeared from my app and email.I called the store to ask for a manager. I had to explain everything to the person who answered first who finally got a manager on the phone. I was offered a dessert for my birthday. I did not use it. I wanted to get a # to complain. I did get one on line but that # had no options to report my problem. I told the manager when he came on that I wanted a phone # to complain about my disappearing offer. I told him not to give me the 952 # because there was no option to help with my problem. He asked when my birthday was & I told him. He told me the offer is only good for 14 days. I still had 5 days until the offer was up.

      I received an email about their 30 days 30 deals. I needed to sign in. I tried. It didn't work. I was asked to enter the store I would visit. I did. I got a message there was no store at that location (**********************************.) I looked up the phone #. I called them. They ARE there & open for business. I tried to log in my account. I got a message it was deactivated. I tried to get a new account. There system would not allow me to do so. ALL I want to do is see if there are specials that I am interested in so I can take advantage of them. I looked for a contact email for them. It was not easy. I did find one. I don't know if it was correct but I tried to send my complaint. I am REALLY sick of the new "customer service".

      Purchased a meal for my family to go on December 28th 2022. I bit into my BBQ pork sandwich and ended up with a big piece of plastic in my mouth, it looks like the top of a plastic bag. No one wanted to eat there sandwich after that 6 waisted BBQ pork sandwiches waisted out of tear of contamination. I have pictures and saved the plastic. I called the restaurant 3 times, each time I was told a manager would call back but they never did. I am concerned about the safety of all people eating there, I have also contacted the health department.

      On the evening of August 19, 2022, I was robbed! I ordered a *pick two* from this place via Uber Eats and paid over $30.00 for scraps! I only received 4 small rib tips, 4 burnt ends, mash potatoes and undercooked peach cobbler that was an upcharge! Immediately after my order was delivered I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager *SUE * who was very mean, rude and condescending! *** did not want to hear my concerns and kept over talking me! I will never eat anything or order anything ever again from this place! One more thing there were no napkins, no eating utensils or sauce for my food in the bag! I'm calling corporate early Monday morning! Bad treatment towards customers!
