            We hired Schwarz to build our dream home and its been a nightmare. A two year legal battle. He lied at closing telling the title company and us the home had past all inspections and was legal to move in. ******* the legal battle it was uncovered the house had not passed inspections. We were forced to pay contractors to finish the home. He has not honored state mandated new home warranties. In addition, he was 20% over budget. He will try to tell you its due to change orders but please for your sake and your families dont believe him. He is a LIAR!!!

            First of all the person she is referring to is no longer associated with **** Schwarz and Schwarz Builders Inc. It was a very costly 2 year legal battle which resulted in a final arbitration award to Schwarz Builders Inc for $30,000 and the client was awarded $20,000.There was no lying at closing or anytime. The temporary certificate of occupany was issued by the municipality. All inspections except building final were completed during construction. Our contract allows us to stop work if the customer stops paying. 20% over budget is not a significant amount when we continue to have hyper-inflation well in excess of 20%. We at Schwarz Builders Inc. have been building and remodeling homes for over 35 years and have never experienced a lawsuit or project outcome like this.
