On April 27, 2022, the business was the subject of a Cease and Desist Order with the Minnesota Department of Commerce. The Order settles allegations that the business engaged in fraud and misrepresentations to consumers regarding the brokering of sales or leases of timeshares and real estate, a violation of Minn. Stat. 82.81 subd 1, and 12(9)(10) and Minn. Stat. 45.027 subd. 1. Under terms of the Order, the business is ordered to cease and desist from offering to provide real estate brokerage services, charging or collecting fees for real estate services, advertising or representing themselves at real estate brokers, fraudulently using the identities of licensed real estate agents and engaging in fraudulent and/or unlicensed activity of any kind.
