  We had straight line winds come through our neighborhood and a trunk on our tree broke. **** and his crew were at a neighbors working on a tree in their yard. I asked **** to look at my tree and he gave me a quote and said he could do it that day. He had at least three jobs on our block. He said he would come back later to dispose of the trees they cut down. They were back in about a week and removed everything. I will have him back to do some tree pruning which needs to be done in the winter. The price was right and good service. Thank you ****.

  As all the others stated- this is not a someone to be trusted or believed. Completely unprofessional, undependable and disrespectful. Met him when my neighbors used him- said he would call me to schedule a time to review and plan an official quote for my needs-- a month later and multiple messages to him- he failed to come to offer a quote. After my repeated prompts he gave me a quote to which I asked to schedule. He scheduled and never show'd, scheduled again and said he told me him "mom" needed help with trees and he couldn't come - an hour before his scheduled time to be here. When I called him out on it- he proceeded to "YELL" at me telling me I didn't understand tree service and he couldn't control nature-- to which I responded " you can control your communication and your commitments- if you were an actual respectable business man. I gave him another chance only to have him go completely silent. I recommend finding ANYONE ELSE but this man.

  This is not who you want to deal with. Cant tell you how is work is but I can say you will not be able to resolve anything with him. Quotes a price and later complains it was quoted too cheep. Does not ever show up as promised. His philosophy appears to be look for work quote and schedule the work then cherry pick the jobs he decides are better for him at the time. **************** is nonexistent. *****, condescending and completely full of himself.

  **** was recommended to me, but his best foot forward to me, a new customer, was to be unreliable and give me the run around. Had texted & had calls back and forth with him, to set a date to meet, discuss work, and get the job done. The last call was him saying that he would call me back "immediately," that was weeks ago. When businesses treat potential new customers poorly, I can't imagine the business doing right by a customer when things go wrong on the job.

  While dumping onto my driveway a full truck load of wood mulch, ****** truck sprung a leak and a large quantity of hydraulic fluid dumped all over my driveway, curb and newly paved street. Other than a couple of rags, I didn't have anything to adequately clean it up with. (am allergic to cats, so I do not have any kitty litter). This happened 01Aug2022. I texted **** on 02, 04, 07 and 21 Aug about when he was going to come and clean it up. On 07Aug he asked for my address but that is the ONLY response to date I have received from him.He may do a great job cutting down tree's but when mistakes or accidents happen that he is responsible for, BEWARE.
