    My vehicle is not working so I contacted my warranty company who provided me this business information for towing services. I contacted the business and the dispatcher whose name sounded like ***** advised the overage for miles charge would be 51 dollars. Date was 1/7/25 - 1/8/25 The driver of the tow truck arrived after the appointment time which was 5:20 pm central time. The driver arrived at 6:30pm central. When the driver arrived he mentioned he had only been towing vehicles for 1 month and he had never towed a *** my husband had to show him where the piece to tow *** vehicles was in the trunk. The driver was forgetting to collect payment I can tell he had no experience. I asked him if he was forgetting to collect the payment he said I dont do that the dispatcher collects payment however the dispatcher said to pay the driver. I received a voicemail from the warranty company saying that my vehicle was being impounded because I didnt pay the 51 dollars so I called and the dispatcher lady said that the charge would now be 580 dollars and that I could not get my vehicle until 8am the next morning. Upon arriving to the lot to pay and get my vehicle the gentleman that assisted was very rude and advised he was recording and cameras everyone which was fine because I was doing nothing wrong, he was upset because I left a 1 star review on ****** and acted very disrespectful towards me and I started to talk back to him and finally I just gave in and said I was going to pay and they increased the price so I called the dispatcher and she was able to lower back to he original 580 price which I should have not paid from the beginning. The dispatcher was rude and mentioned this all happened because we didnt answer a phone call which I never received and upon questioning why there was no voicemail left she answered with that is not my job I dont need to leave a voicemail on the phone call she had also advised I can pay with a card and on the lot the man said cash only.

    6/12/23 We payed about ***** dllars 2 vehicles 324 towing fee 200 Saturday and Sunday, days they weren't willing to allow us to get out cars 140 dollars for late fee or leaving without taking car They only accept cash and we didn't have any and they gave 15 min for appointment. Unfair and excesive charges. To gain more money. The buisness has not tried to resolve the problem 2008 ***** accord 2018 ***** crv
