All tanning service purchased are final. Tanning lotion may be returned based on the following:
1) The tanning or skin care lotion must be returned within seven (7) days of purchase from Italian Tan.2) The lotion must be at least 3/4 full, or we will be unable to exchange or refund its original value.
3) The lotion exchange/refund must be conducted by Ashley or Claudio.
4) The lotion will be exchanged for in-store credit in the form of a membership upgrade, another retail product(s) or a sunless spray session(s) of equal value.
5)No cash refund or in-store credit will be made for lotion sample packets.
