            I would first say it is a nice place but the realtor of selling the place is bad they don't contact you I sold my mother's property July 7th of 2022 and they told me they would send me my paperwork and to this day July 26th I still have not received anything you call a realtor there which is ********* and she might return your call and she might not she is not a very good realtor they do a very bad job with her in charge of buying and selling I give her a rating of zero

            We apologize for the delay in receiving the final paperwork at the time of the closing of your mothers membership in July of 2022. Unfortunately, it took a few days to obtain all the necessary signatures to complete to closing paperwork and then our realtor was diagnosed with COVID and was out of office for two weeks. Any delay in receiving the final hard copies was due to this absence and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Your mother was a valued member of our community, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

            That is not totally the truth she had covid in December and November then after the paperwork was signed at the closing she said her son had covid but that still does not explain why it took so long to send me the paperwork she's just a bad realtor and she is lying about having covid after the paperwork was signed she did not have covid then it seemed to me she was not totally truthful and explaining things the whole time the listing was on the market I do believe nokomis square is a nice place and they do a fairly good job of running the place I just say she's a bad realtor
