    Poplin is a national web based laundry service like door dash but they take your clothes, wash them, and bring them back folded to your home. Four large bags of my children's clothes were taken by their worker and never returned. They gave me the run around for a week before admitting that they might have been stolen. I have had to pay thousands to replace my kids clothes and they have offered no help. They are terrible to reach and claim no fault even though they hired this person.

    The beginning of February we sent out laundry 24 bags to get washed dryed and folded I only received 17 bags back the missing items were all undergarments and socks all of my fluffy items were dried on extreme heat ruining them and made the texture unbearable poplin (formally known as Sudshare) has been less than helpful and has closed two of my complaints for not responding within 24/48hrs yet they havent responded to me to date I am looking for the cost of my laundry as well as damages for the 7 bags that they lost I have all correspondence as well as photos of everything It was not allowing me to upload all the information and can email over to you

    This company was cool when it was SudShare, but whoever purchased it and turned it into Poplin just doesn't know what they're doing. They let anybody become a pro, so people pick up your clothes and take them to their house. My last experience was the worst. First, I rejected the first people that came to pick up my clothes. I don't want to sound judgmental, but they seriously didn't look like they would have my clothes in a good, clean place. Then another pro came, which was probably my punishment for judging. But why did this lady take 8 bags of clothes and only return 4 halfway? So most of my clothes just disappeared, and the ones that came back were wet, so I had to get rid of those too! Anyways, I lost my entire family's clothes. I opened a claim with this company, and they took forever to resolve it, just to tell me that they can only give me a $200 credit for thousands of dollars' worth of damage and lost clothes! They did reach out to the pro about my clothes, who sent some guys with two bags full of wet clothes that didn't belong to me, and they never came back to pick up after I reported it wasn't my clothes. Anyways, I'm not sure why Poplin thinks I want to risk sending out my clothes that I had to replace for me and my family and spent more money. Now, to even use this $200 credit, I have to use them again and take this risk! It saddens me to say that I can't trust this service again. It ***** because, like I said, when it was SudShare, I used it for years and I loved this type of service! But I can't trust this company that doesn't even have real insurance to cover people's lost items. They are a joke. I hope nobody goes through this experience, and they keep deleting all my feedback and reviews because they don't want people to know.

    I left my laundry out, as is the point of the service, to have someone pick it up and do the laundry, and the laundry got stolen. I get that this is out of their control. But it was impossible to find a customer service link. Theres no number to call and it said someone would text me and no one did. I had to place another order to contact someone. That person told me I was out of luck. I thought I was paying for the service to have some insurance on my laundry. I figured I would not get much but maybe something for my loss. Nothing. Nothing at all. The insurance is only for damage done by the person doing the laundry. So now Im out money which is whatever but I also have NO CLOTHES.

    The business used to operate under the name SudShare, a home pickup laundry service. I placed an order through the app, their employee picked up my items, and never returned them. The value of my items were around $5,000. I filed a police report and was told that the company has not guaranteed that the employee listed is the same one that picked up the items so they cannot pursue.

    A fellow ****** parent shared their experience with the compnay and left a referral code for other ****** families to use. On 11/29/23 I clicked the link from the ************** but input. my wife's information as she would be faster to respond if needed. We were provided the $20 referral code for being a first time user. Based on our positive experience the first time, on 12/13/23 I downloaded the app and placed a second order for our home address. There was no discount or credits for this order. Picked up and delivered as expected. Poplin emailed me a comeback referral code. I placed an additional order on 12/26/23 using the code Poplin emailed me for $10 credit. My total was still $44.91. On 1/11/24 I tried to make an additional laundry pick up and received an error that I could not place an order at this time. Due to the technical error, I tried to contact their customer service and had to text. I was not provided any explanation "There seems like there is a technical problem. Could you please provide a follow-up within the next ***** hours? Thank you and have a great day." The next day I received the same error. Last week, I checked my credit card statement, and saw a $20 charge from Poplin. This charge was from 1/4/24. There was no email or notification they would be charging my card. I reached out on their website to fill out a contact us form. They refuse to give additional details and answer questions but say due to 2 emails (mine and my wife) living at the same home we were fraudulently using referral credits. This is completely false. We only received 1 referral credit total and then used the credit emailed directly to me. Their customer service is terrible. You can't speak to anyone. They refuse to refund me my money and email me additional codes but tell me I can't use them. All I asked was to put my account in good standing. There was no questions asked and money taken without notification. Please allow my referral credit and correct my account.

    I used poplin laundry service they delivered my laundry to a different address and all my clothes were lost 59 lbs of clothes to be exact we agreed on a payment amount of $350 they transferred the money to an account that does not belong to me it has been two months and still this has not been corrected they refuse to pay me I can only have contact with them via email I want the matter resolved please help me

    I am a contractor with a washing company called SudShare but they just recently rebranded to Popplin. A customer lied on my account and now they wont give me my money. Customers can say anything with this company and the company will side with the customer without asking any questions or do an investigation. They also took money out of my account because the customer said she didnt like the way I fold clothes. With this company, you have to buy your own detergent, bags, spend your own gas money ect. Im filling this complaint because I want my money back.

    Sudshare picked up my laundry and was stolen in their care. they are unresponsive , and not helpful in resolving my case. they are not returning phone calls, and they don't care about resolving the issues

    We have been in contact with the customer, and several times have provided options for him, both in line with our policies as well as above and beyond what is required by the mutually agreed upon terms and conditions. The customer has declined our offers and instead harassed staff repeatedly, sending threating and aggressive emails. We will continue to offer the terms previously offered, if he chooses to go forward with them, however we will not subject our staff to verbal abuse and as such, will correspond only via email going forward.
