On December 2, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.805, subd. 5 (c) and 326B.84 (15) (2022). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to suspension of their residential building contractors license and the qualifying builders license for Gregory Flor. The business also agreed to cease and desist from acting as or claiming to be a residential building contractor, remodeler and/or residential roofer in Minnesota until they provide DLI with documentation that all judgments have been settled, appealed or paid in full.
The business agreed to a $10,000.00 fine, with the full balance stayed on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority.
