              I concur the last 2 reviews. They took my deposit and crickets, the move in process was nothing short of a nightmare, been living there for 4 months, I have yet to meet a real person. I've dealt with 5 people within a month, extremely high turnover. They have the electricity set up through a 3rd party on our behalf and we are getting charged insane amounts of money and if we don't pay it they will take it out of our rent/security deposit. I'm talking $300 for a 500 squareft studio and the 3rd party company JIT Blue Star is another scam and have incorrect readings, straight up lying to us. So now we the residents have to go through the hassle of legal help to get our money back/take the charges off. DO NOT LIVE HERE, OWNER IS R***CT AND WILL NOT DO ANYTHING, NO RETURNED PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS, MAILBOX IS FULL SO CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. SAVE YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT LIVE HERE. UNETHICAL PEOPLE.

              This person is a current tenant, North Bay has zero ability to determine electricity prices or usage. We are currently looking into the request and have been in contact with the tenant.
