Individuals may cancel a course within 7 days of enrollment if a certificate of completion has not been issued for the course. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment and are subject to the policies and processing time of the financial institution through which payment was issued to Compass Child Protection.
Organizations may cancel subscriptions to services that are billed monthly, annually or multi-annually. Notice of cancellation must be received at least fourteen days prior to the next billing cycle to ensure that the next payment will not be processed.
