Express Flooring Creations came highly recommended to us by a friend.We were very happy with the service from beginning to end. Getting in touch with ****** was super easy and our communication was great. His suggestion for carpeting is exactly what we wanted.We are happy with the product and it looks beautiful. We are pleased with the vinyl plank flooring and carpeting that was installed recently in our manufactured home in Wyoming, MN. Eric was very pleasant and knowledgable, and the two-man crew who did the installation did excellent work. It would have been helpful if the two installers and myself could have understood each other's language better, but they had great job skills, and, ultimately, knew what needed to be done. Working with Express Flooring Creations was wonderful. They installed both carpet and vinyl plank flooring in the basement. I had a couple other bids from larger companies that were unreceptive to my request of combining both materials in the same area, one company even said it couldn’t be done. Eric had great ideas on how to make my ideas flow into one another. The bid was at a lower cost with better quality materials than the larger companies offered to help keep my costs inline. Since I was in the process of painting, they reserved the materials and let me set an installation date 6 weeks out to accommodate my schedule. The installation crews were professional and polite - shoes removed, cleanup as if they were never there. I will refer Express Flooring Creations to friends and family and I will use them again for any of my future needs. Fantastic, friendly, Timely. Thank you Kay H.

I’ve never had a more professional experience as we did with Roland and his install crew. He was extremely responsive, came out the same day to show us the in-stock carpet options and had our carpet installed in 2 business days! And the crew that came out to remove our old carpet and install the new, could not have been nicer and completely professional in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet. Oh, and it’s soft, very nice carpet pad, and looks beautiful!!
