I have been discriminated upon at the Audi Minneapolis dealership and my human rights were violated. They refused to service my car as i made legitimate complaints against their poor work ethics and total lack of professional courtesy. I have been humiliated by their employees at the scheduling department and service agent. They treated me with the utmost disrespect and after 3 days of making attempt to schedule emergency appointment, they finally called me back and told me that my car can not be serviced at their dealership. I have asked them about legitimate reason for their refusal and denying service for my vehicle. I insisted but they would not give me any legitimate explanation. It sounded more like "we have a reason". So i have asked the person repeatedly: what is the reason? The man from service department abused my human rights and insulted me with racial profiling as he new I am a foreigner. He behaved as i do not deserve any respect while in fact, am have a status of US citizen. Yet, he violated simple code of business ethics. He refused to address the car emergency and kept on repeating that i can no longer receive the service at their dealership, without giving me a legitimate reason while knowing that my car can not be driven without necessary repairs and critical maintenance. I am truly deturbed by the racial discrimination, xenophobia and the bigotry of the Audi Minneapolis employees. This kind of racial behavior can not be tolerated in this country. Please, address this racial conduct at Audi Minneapolis. They should act like professional who can handle the criticism from unhappy customer. There should be no place in this country for such racial profiling.

On 3/302023 I purchased a 2022 Audi A4 from Audi Minneapolis. The price was $34,000 and I paid cash- no financing involved. As of today it has been over 3 months and they still have not supplied me with the vehicle title. The temporary registration they provided expired over 45 days ago.I have made many many phone calls and all they say is it's not their fault. I am unable to register the new car in my state of ********* without the title.Originally the dealership's response was "it's not our fault" .Now they will not even return a phone call.Regardless of their excuses, ultimately they are responsible for providing me a title and they have not done so and will not even return a phone call anymore.

We received the necessary documents and sent the title and lien release to ****************** on 7/7/23. The delay was caused by ************** services delay in sending ** the lien release card. I called **** and explained what had happened and emailed him the ***** tracking number for the documents he should have them on 7/8/23.

Hi Audi Minneapolis,I am writing to you in regards to an issue I have been experiencing with my Audi Q7 2015 . Recently, the engine of my vehicle has seized without any indication, even though I have been taking my car for regular dealership services. I am disappointed and concerned as this has caused a great inconvenience to me.The low engine oil indicator pops up within 2 weeks of service and I had informed this to the service personnel and requested to check the root cause and fix the issue. The service team said no issues with the engine and everything looks good even after I had mentioned about this issue multiple times.I am hoping that Audi can take responsibility for this issue and take the necessary steps to fix the problem. I have always trusted Audi's reputation for producing high-quality and reliable vehicles, and I hope that you can live up to that reputation by providing me with a resolution to this problem.I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an explanation of how this could have happened, and what steps you will take to prevent this issue from happening again. Furthermore, I request that you cover the cost of repairing the engine since it is a result of a manufacturing defect or negligence on the part of the dealership service.I look forward to hearing from you soon and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

We do currently have your vehicle in our ****************** and our Team has reached out to you. We also did inspect your vehicle on December 27th 2022 for an oil leak. No leak was found we recommended that you have an oil consumption test performed which you declined. We topped your oil off and you left with your vehicle. You brought your vehicle in on May 2nd for a clunking noise and the *** light on, your vehicle was 4 quarts of oil low. We added oil to see if that would stop the knocking in the engine it did not. Your vehicle New Car warranty expired 4 years ago and you do not have a *************** Contract and you declined to have the suggested tests on your vehicle in December. Unfortunately you are responsible for the repairs on your vehicle and we will not be participating.

I am rejecting this response because:

    ****,

Thank you for your response but I would not agree with the information you had provided. I had complained multiple times on the engine oil level going low right after the vehicle service performed and I'm the one requested for the detailed analysis of this issue. And the service personal said no issues with the engine and they mentioned it is quite normal with Audi Q7 engine consuming more oil.

I also mentioned my concern on this low oil indicator popping very often on the dash board and the service personal said the dashboard will give critical low oil alert when it is very low and no need to worry about this low oil alert. We didn't get any critical low oil alert or engine check alert when this is happened. We had serviced the vehicle very regularly on time and sometimes even made multiple visits due to this low oil alert. Either the issue is with faulty engine or service personal didn't get the root cause of the issue in time.

I request you to take the responsibility for this faulty engine from Audi and to cover the cost of repairing the engine.
