              3/26/2024 I paid $140.00 for an annual maintenance/service call on my furnace. They turned off my furnace and left. Now I also have to pay another company to come and fix my furnace. Apparently, there's a tiny gas leak that's been going on for the last 6 years since my furnace was installed. A small amount is going directly outside. I don't understand how an issue that's been going on for 6 years justifies turning off my furnace when it's 30 degrees outside. The company has stated they will not pay for repairs if my pipes burst due to turning off the heat.

              I cancelled my Home Service Plus account many months ago on the website. It took it off my accounts on the website. I have continued to be billed however. I was told that I should have called instead of cancelling it in the website. The reps have no record of my HSP cancellations, but it clearly has shown that to be the case on the website. I don't know how long since it was cancelled that I have been charged. I do not remember and I never even received a confirmation email.
