On February 21, 2023, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.805, subds. 1 and 3 (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from acting as or claiming to be a residential building contractor, remodeler or residential roofer in Minnesota until properly licensed and to cease and desist from performing or offering to perform electrical and/or plumbing work in Minnesota without the appropriate license from DLI. The business also agreed to pay $500.00 of a $5,000.00 penalty, with the balance stayed on the condition that the business abides by the terms of the Order and has no future violations of any law, rule or order under DLI authority.
