- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Once a cab is dispatched and a no show (defined by a driver arriving at proper pickup address, waiting five minutes and granted a "no show" from our system) is complete, there is no refund. If transportation does not meet satisfactory customer service investigated by camera footage (cameras in the cabs) and our GPS tracking devices, a refund may be issued up on investigation. Please know that if you order a cab there is always a 30 minute window due to the many unknown factors of taxi dispatching (no cabs available nearby, car trouble, traffic and of course MN weather). If you order a cab for 8am for example our window stretches from 8am - 830am. Please plan accordingly. We typically will be there before or right at 8am, but we always want to caution on the safe side.
