- Refunds and exchanges are accepted at 100% of value for defective products, so long as the unused portion is returned to the store at time of refund. Returns for non-defective merchandise are accepted so long as the merchandise is in saleable condition. Returns for non-defective products in excess of 3 units are subject to a 15% restock fee. All returns, regardless of purpose, must be accompanied with an original store receipt or have been purchased under a Club 44 membership.
