Important information
- Additional Info:BBB is trying to learn more about this company. The address we have on file for them is a mail store in Minneapolis. We've received reports that the company is sending postcards to consumers which claim the company 'has an unclaimed gift valued at over $1,000' for them as well as 'an item from their signature jewelry collection.' BBB cautions consumers about offers that seem too good to be true.
A complaint on file says a customer took the company up on their offer, paying shipping and a fee to claim their gifts. According to the customer, the merchandise was to arrive within 7 to 10 days. However, they say the time period passed and they have yet to receive their gifts. BBB has forwarded the complaint to the company and is currently awaiting a response.
