    "The technician who came to replace our sump pump never clarified that Sabre does not support the old system containing one main pump and a separate backup pump with a battery kit. We agreed to have the sump pump installed and the technician advised us to call the office on Monday morning and schedule an appointment for the installation of the battery backup (without explaining to us that whoever was to come would have to remove the newly installed pump and replace it with a new system that would have the main and battery back up together)." ...
