  I urge you not to use this payment method it is not as described. I have credit in my account they will not let me use it to pay off a payment. I dont understand why not its my money I added from my Debit Card . There is always a hidden issue I normally use ****** it wasnt offered so I used this form of payment. Make sure you read every little line its a lot they are dishonest warning now I have ***** stuck in their system they say I have nothing I am very flustered and ****** . The agent I was chatting with just left turned me off of chat all Im trying to find out why cant I use my money in my Sezzle Account I put it there !

  Sezzle took payments out of my account all at once without approval that initially were done on different days totaling over $300, taken out during a single day. My payments were late, but not over 90 days which is stated to be before being suspended and not authorized for a single time. After paying, my account was saying I was approved for $175 in spending, yet I was unable to spend any. Stay away from this platform they do not care about anyone. There are stories similar that you can read related to this business.

  Sezzle scam me on adding fees to my account that I don't owe and they ran my debit card without my authorization. I have no way to call them I tried sending a message I don't get an acute response from them, they are also charging me fees for the payment that's not due until the 30th. Please, please do not use this company.

  This company has become unethical and deceptive in its billing practices. They no longer allow debit card payments, forcing customers to use costly upload methods. They charge excessive late feesmore than double the amount owedeven when payments are made on the due date. Additionally, they charge $4.99 just to upload funds, require a $30 minimum payment for a final $18 bill, and refuse to refund the difference. These practices are manipulative, create barriers to timely payment, and appear to be designed to generate unnecessary fees. I request a full review and corrective action by the Better Business Bureau.

  I strongly advise against using this company. While I have had positive experiences with Klarna and Affirm, my recent encounter with Sezzle has been extremely disappointing.I purchased an item through a merchant they support, but it has never been shipped. Despite receiving two payment charges, the merchant has neither shipped the item nor refunded the charges. I initiated a dispute, but they closed it without addressing the issue. They required me to wait 15 days for the item to ship, even though it has not been dispatched. Furthermore, they opened a separate dispute that could take an additional ************************************************ providing updates.I believe I have been legally defrauded by Sezzle, as they have extended the time for my payments to be withdrawn without taking any responsibility for the situation. This ongoing investigation process is frustrating and unjust.

  Decent company providing buy now, pay later options. However, there is no known way to increase your spending limit. I spoke with a customer service agent who stated that they do not have the power to increase anyone's spending limit, and said agent ALSO stated that even if you use your account regularly and avoid any and all late or missed payments, there's no guarantee it will increase your spending limit. So Sezzle is all fine and good until you want something just a little over your limit, because there's literally nothing to can do to increase your limit, even with a flawless payment history.

  Sezzles denial of my refund to be sent to my ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD was ignored and instead they issued me Sezzle Spend which violated their own policy. I will be filing a formal complaint about their deceptive practices concerning their Sezzle Spend.

  This business is a complete joke do not waste your time they lie they do not report and they drop your spending power below there minimum amount of 35 after they take your money I highly do not recommend this business its a scam

  So Sezzle is basically a scam and this is my FIRST time using Sezzle. I made an order using my debit card. Your first payment is using your debit card. They do not notify you that you have to add your bank account for your next payments. It will not let me use my debit card for my SECOND payment. I just looked at the apps recents reviews horrified to see Im just one of MANY going through this same dilemma. If I add funds they will charge me for that. It takes 4 business days to very your bank account. So they tell you to use the money they have given you and thats soooo backwards and so infuriating. That I cant use the money that Ive worked for. Thats telling me they are trying to keep you in a contract longer and you have to pay for this app MONTHLY!!!

  Ive been using Sezzle since 2022 and have never been late on a payment, yet they still refuse to fix my account. Their customer service is by far the worst Ive ever dealt with. It takes forever to get a response, and when they finally do reply, they provide zero help or solutions. Ive been a loyal customer for years, but the lack of support and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend Sezzle to anyone.
