  Made a purchase through the company on the Cabelas App. ******* had canceled the partnership with sezzle yet sezzle was still filing transactions they new would not go through. I ordered a safe which i was charged over 300$ for and never was able to receive, yet they wont cancel the transaction and still try to charge my card constantly. Even spam billed me one day till they stole over 80$ with two transactions. Now they turned it over to collections when i never recieved the product. ******* said themselves that was the reason for canceling partnership with them and gave me a 50$ Gift card.

  By far one of the worst companies to ever use! I returned a product so why would you still charge me and add late fees on my account!!!! Then youre demanding I pay a late fee and failed payment fee for something I returned! Are you crazy?!!!!!!! I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! If you want to get charged unnecessary fees use them!!!!

  How is it possible to make payment 4 of 4 but fail to make payment 3 of 4? They keep doing this to me and charging me late fees because of it.

  I returned an item, they still charged me the entire $450, even though I emailed them letting them know this. I don't believe a single human being works at this business, every response I get back is so obviously computer generated. They are theives! I highly recommend consumers steer clear of this organization.

  Used them for a purchase that was cancelled almost 2 weeks later by the store I made the purchase with. Sezzle has made 4 attempts to collect from my account, and later cancelling the pending charge. Spoke with **** via chat and learned the order is cancelled in their system, but for some reason they cant stop the attempted collections.

  Exorbitant late fees, randomly throw ***** fees on individual payment from their pay in 4 option.If you pay with credit card from chime, and used a pnc credit card on a different transaction, this company will automatically charge the card (which you didnt authorize for transaction) not just the bill ammount, but with additional excessive late ******** reach out to them, they passive aggressively ignore your legitimate concerns of them taking unauthorized funds from unathorized card. They respond with useless form letters, that dont attempt to address the issue, but rather to excuse their dishonorable and excessive late fees.Sezzle was a pretty decent xompany to me, but starting in around March of 2025, this companh became excessively greedy and underhanded with their late fees.Check your statements, call your bank and dispute the charges. They got no right to steal from their customers like thjs.I offered to pay my.balance off, once they credited me back the hundreds of dollars theyve illegitimately taken from multiple accounts.Bytl the way, its sketchy whe. You do pay in 4 with a Chime credit card, the second payment declines so they automatically go charge anothwr credit card or debit card you have on file without authorization. Wouldnt be so bad if they werent throwing $20-$30 in fees per payment.A $143 annual divvy bike membership becomes $193 with Sezzles newly adopted late fee policy.I liked the company before but J have no respect for thieves. Afterpay and Klarna are free and work mostly the same. Sezzle you pay $18.99 plus tax a month. Then they start sneaking in these BS fees.when you reach out, only bother with calling them. Their email respo ses are cheap for. Letters that dont attempt to reconcile the issue, but rather explain how Sezzle is justified in stealing $50 or so from you. Passive aggressive form ********** recommend checking your payments for late fees and whatever bs fees they add on.

  This company is garbage. I bought a few thing because it said maje easy payment broken up over a couple month period. All was well until last payment. They make you now load more money than you own and can't get the money back

  I had been using Sezzle for a while and NEVER late on a payment, and everything paid off on time in full. They charged me a $1.50 fee because I did not have a "default payment method selected. They had my bank account info AND my debit card info, which had been on file for years. Somehow, they said I did not have a default payment method, charged me the $1.50 fee, and refused to refund it. The payment was still made, and nothing was late. This company is borderline criminal in nature. I paid off my remaining payment plans and told them they lost a customer. They did not care.

  I used this company as a referral. It was supposed to be 8 payments, 1 for $6.40 and 1 for $74.75. They charged an extra $20 and $10 for each payments as well as took 3 additional payments. In total, they debited 11 transactions and $115 more than I used. When I called they did not want to help. I called back because I had to go to work. Was on hold for over 45 minutes and left message for a return call, no call. Have called a couple more times and they don't answer nor return calls. And won't refund the extra $115 in charges.

  how does this have an A+ rating?! it has a 1.1 review, everybody has given it 1 star.. their fees are RIDICULOUS, and customer support doesnt care about you, I tried to revoke payment authorization, and they make you jump through hoops, printing and signing and sending back forms, doesnt seem legal, they should be shut down
