I purchased the services of *** Love Architect on 02/22/2019. I was guaranteed a match, but have not been on 1 date. This service cost $20,000. Kailens son took my check and my case and was unable to find me a date. He is illiterate and should not be in charge of such expensive and specialized work. He repeatedly referred to my late husband as my ex-husband, even after I corrected him. When I complained to Kailen, she stepped in, but I have not been on 1 date. She had me speak with 2 different men by telephone and it was clear that she had not done the research her business claims as their premium service. ***se men were crazy and inappropriate choices for me. She even talked me into going back on the social dating apps, saying she would do background checks for me if I found somebody I was interested in, and this cost me $500 more, and the horrible online dating app experience is what made me write such a big check to her company. She was trying to get rid of me, keeping in touch for a while, but made it clear she wanted to be done with me several times. She has also tried to placate me with a fake private dating app which she said I would be on, and has lied on social media about the apps success. She is a fraud. I have asked many times for even a portion of my money back and she has refused. I have waited so long to file a claim because I really wanted to believe in what she is selling. But it is clear to me now that she is unable to honor our contract. I am heartbroken and angry and only hope I can prevent others from wasting their money and their good faith on such a fraudulent enterprise.

To whom it may concern; This entire complaint is nothing but complete fabrication. I will provide all of the communication we have with ********* which proves what she has claimed is not only untrue, but libel.  These communications show the 'reality' behind her highly defamatory, and fraudulent claims. For her to state 'in writing' that we "took her money" and "never matched her, even with 'one' match", is a blatant lie. To also say that the men we introduced her to were not of quality, high caliber, or that we do not put in the time, effort, or even background check, is untrue. We are very proud of the wonderful men and women we work with as well as the deep and healthy relationships they are able to experience. I have many texts from ********* stating her deep appreciation and enjoyment during the process, including her sharing her gratitude toward me and my staff for all of the time put in on her behalf, and at this point 'pro ****'. Her contract had already expired by the time I began working with her and the contract that she did sign included 'additional' fees and time that had already far exceeded the amount she invested. To this day 'she' actually contractually owes my company, that which I have never billed her for. We at the Love Architects have gone above and beyond for ********* with hopes of finding a good man for her, especially after the loss of her husband. Finally, for her to say that my son is "illiterate", I don't even know what to say bout that, other than it shows her heart and how she sees and treats people. Again, to say that we "never matched her, even with 1 man, that I am, a "fraud", that my online dating is a "scam", that she received "nothing" for her money, shows the brokenness she has within to treat others like this, especially lie to the BBB shows she has much more going on that would "not" work for a healthy relationship.

    Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: The facts are that my contract has not expired. In section 2.1 of the contract it states that Client is provided a guarantee of success for a relationship where she and the gentleman may then decide to stop the process and representation once she is content This has not happened. I have been introduced to 3 men via phone, all unsuccessful (one was extremely religious and I have stated that I am an atheist and am not interested in an overtly religious partner, one seemed unhinged and could not converse normally, the 3rd seemed like a nice guy, but after the phone call he ghosted both me and Kailen, never to be heard from again). The only face to face meeting I had was with a gentleman whom Kailen claimed to know was not a suitable match for me, but she wanted me to meet up with him so that she could get a pulse on my dating vibe. I met with the gentleman in order to honor her process. Nothing came of this meeting because, as Kailen had stated, it was not a good match. Those are the entirety of my match experiences with Love Architects in the last 4 years and 9 months. For ********************** to claim that she has somehow been working for me pro ****, or that there are unpaid fees in this contract is patently false. For her to hold up these 3 failed phone introductions and one test meet and greet as an example of their impeccable standards and hard work speaks volumes to how antithetical their results are to what they claim as success. It does feel fraudulent. I do feel scammed. I really, really, really wanted to believe in this company. $20,000 is a lot of money and a testament to how much faith I put in their claims. Calling ****** illiterate was not entirely fair, but those were the first red flags for me when he sent text and emails so poorly written, it was difficult to view him as a professional. Unless a monetary settlement is offered this complaint will stand.
