    SERIOUS MOUSE PROBLEM. We have lived in this building for over a year. Its important to note that these are condos, so each unit has a different landlord. This makes building-wide issues practically impossible to resolve. The number one issue we have are the mice. Last year, we started seeing the mice in June. It took our management company THREE MONTHS to send an exterminator, despite sending literal videos of mice running across our floor. The exterminator found holes in the walls behind the in-wall heating unit (suggesting the mice were coming from other units) and sealed them. We went mouse-free from September until this June, when I just now saw another one run through my bedroom. We keep our unit clean, food in plastic containers, etc. There is just nothing you can do about a building that is infested with mice if only one unit seems to be aware/care about the problem. And Im ****** at our landlord, too, who has taken forever to fix the mouse problem and still didnt do anything until we threatened to withhold rent. Do NOT move here.
