      The gastroenterologist was knowledgeable and friendly, but work ethic of the rest of the team is lacking severely lacking. My son has chronic constipation and completed a 3-day cleanse but stool was not clear at the end, so I called to notify the doctor. I never heard back so I called again only to find out that the nurse was supposed to call me to get an abdominal xray ordered, which never happened. I'm extremely disappointed in the nursing team for not following up. So now I am waiting again for the scheduler to call me to get the xray scheduled. Just overall frustrated. Just goes to show that you have to stay on top of your healthcare these days.

      They used my referral to give a 20 minute virtual appointment where they asked me to go back to my primary care doctor and ask them questions... Then they charged me 584 dollars. I could call myself a specialist if all I had to do was tell someone to go see their doctor. This place is a scam.
