All Star was contracted to clean my mattress through my warranty company. Hazma entered my home, refused to take off his shoes or use covers, and then proceeded to roll up my rugs and pick up personal items that I explicitly asked him not to touch. I was standing right there and asked to move them myself. He completely ignored my words. I explained I did not want a stranger (I had met him 5 min before) touching my things. I could move them as I was in the room! He was very offended that I called him a stranger, argued that this company had been around for 25 years (sorry, I dont care, I dont know you), and packed up and left. I attempted to reach ******* who was not answering the phone. When I finally reached her, she told me that Hazma said I kicked him out! I explained what happened and she promised to call me back. Its been 2 days now and I havent heard anything. I would never recommend All Star.

******** this is not true - We didnt have any connection with you, we asked the technician to leave and they did. we were hired by another company to come clean your mattress. Our techs said there was a lot of stuff on the bed and the offered to help you out moving it, like many customers we have assisted in the past, and you freaked out on them and were shaking angry and asked them to leave. We have addressed this with your warranty company that hired us and they told us they were going to reach out to you and get this handled. We were hired by a third party. Please stop sending reviews all over to defame our company. The warranty company said this was not the first time they had issue with you. We will take legal action if you keep spreading these lies around online. Thank you.Customer Response

******** as we spoke about this morning - the company that contracted us was supposed to reach out to you to resolve this matter and I am sorry they dropped the ball on this. Again if you need the number for the lady I have been in contact with, I am happy to provide that.As for our tech and the multitude of miscommunications and over steps that happened in your home we are truly sorry this happened and turned into a bad day for all parties.We have contacted you about making this right and we are waiting to hear back from you on what you feel is the best way to do so. We look forward to hearing from you.
