This appears to be the parent ******* of ********* a web hosting ******* where I have my business website and email. On October 8 all of Jumpline's customers lost access; though their ******* website claims they have "restored connectivity," I have been without service for nearly three weeks. Furthermore, Jumpline/Deluxe Solutions for Business does not answer their phone, does not have a chat feature, and only answers email with a form letter saying that they are "working on it." I am losing business daily and have no way to contact them; I also fear that they have lost all my data (archived emails and data.) Incredibly frustrating and unresponsive.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: when I called the number given in the response, the representative told me they had nothing to do with Jumpline and couldn't help.
