      I have been waiting for my order since placing it on 7/14. I have had to reorder 3 times because my checks are lost. My bank account better not get hacked because if it does it is because of Deluxe. I was supposed to receive my "third" reorder today via **** 8/14, and when *** came and went without delivering my checks I called again and was told it had not been shipped yet. I am delinquent now on paying bills and distributing disbursements and I want my order delivered AND refunded

      Thank you for contacting Deluxe Corporation.  We apologize for the service provided and the inconvenience.   Our records indicate that the third order arrived on August 15, 2025.  A credit for the first order was issued on August 11 for delivery and on August 18 for the order.  A credit was issued today for the second order.   The third order was at no charge.  Again we apologize for the delays with your order.  Please contact us at ************ for any additional information.   Credits take up to ******************************* your account.

      I purchased a pad of checks on deluxe website on March 11. I was charged $12 for the checks (correct) , but a fee of $80.50 was added on.After 4 calls to Delux and 4 calls to my bank (Arvest), Delux refused to take action.They continued to tell me that it was the bank's fault.

      My website has been intermittently down (unavailable) for 4 of the last 6 weeks.Im losing lucrative contracts due to a lack of follow through by deluxe Aplus.
