NOT HONEST!!! Think twice before you schedule an appointment at this location! After having our vehicle there multiple times from November 13th until December 18th they still did not fix the issues! Sent us home with the check engine light still on, had parts zip tied on our vehicle, gas in our oil that was never checked out and we were told we are fine to drive the car that the code that was being thrown wasnt a big deal. Well, after taking it to the dealership and spending a total of $621 with Honest-1 and another $340 at the dealership we finally got it fixed RIGHT! Think twice before you schedule with this company! While they say they stand behind their work and they have professionals, they most certainly DO NOT! What is professional about using a zip tie on a vehicle? And you want us to take our vehicle back to your shop after this type of workmanship! NO! Wish I was able to post the video of the dealerships observations but the file is too big and I am not able to! We have pictures of the zip tie and the oil leaking from what they supposedly fixed and still no resolution!

We were waiting for approval from your extended warranty company and some of the parts needed were difficult to find with the supply chain problems all of the auto businesses are experiencing. We did get you a loaner vehicle to drive and the only thing we ask is to fill the gas tank just as we gave it to you. You left the tank empty. The zip tie was used so your daughter would be able to drive the car back home for the holidays, I believe our manager came in on a Sunday to try and get your daughter on the road for the holidays, we are closed on Sundays and the manger did this on his own. We can only repair the items your extended warranty company approves, and you pay the deductible. We still had some work to do on the vehicle which we intended to do on your daughter's return to *********. We did a valve cover gasket repair and there was no fuel in the oil at that time. It looks like the dealership replaced the fuel pump which most likely caused the fuel in the oil. We did not recommend a fuel pump because at the time of the repair there were no symptoms. We offer a nationwide warranty, and the warranty ***** number is on your receipt. Any of the work we did would have been covered by the warranty policy when you are out of our area. Your choice to go to the dealer is what costs your additional money for a second deductible. We are deeply sorry for my inconvenience, especially during the holiday season.
