Moved into a Feddersen building 10/2020. started to have problems with one of my neighbors, to which i got emails from management, but when i sent an email to management about my neighbors harassing me nothing was done. i was behind on my rent for 4 days and my management sent me an eviction notice. i then applied for rent help mn and feddersen has done everything they can to sabbotage me getting approved for rent help. they told rent help that i moved out when i didnt. they have not replied to multiple emails ive sent with the latest one being november 19th. i sent a long email explaining that i felt threatened by my upstairs neighbors and that i feel uncomfortable being around them as they have tried to lock me out of my builidng, to which i have got no reply and no resolution to feeling comfotable in my building. and with the rent help mn, and them trying to sabbotage my application by telling them i moved out is asinine and i feel they are just trying to evict me as ********, the property manager, has said to one of the leasing agents that she didnt want to renew my lease as she didnt want me here. and also sent an email to my roommate after sending the eviction notice stating that hopefully the eviction notice would scare me into paying my rent.
