    I spoke with **** at D1 Training Maple Geove and signed up two of my boys for youth training. I was informed training would start in mid October. After registering them a few weeks later, I was informed training would start in November and there would be free classes in October instead. He told me to look out for an email or communication regarding these free classes. I never received an email for the free classes in October. I received a text in mid-October that training would be starting soon in November but that was the last communication I received. I decided to call and request a cancellation of my boys registrations multiple times but the voicemail is always full. I decided to sent a text to **** with this complaint and request to cancel my boys registration. He asked to schedule a call and offered to have me tour the place. I was too busy with work to schedule a call. I asked via text for a cancellation on their registrations. I also asked that the confirmation of their cancellation be emailed to me but have not heard from him or anyone with D1. I would not recommend D1 training ***********. Communication is poor. I feel like Im being scammed.
