During our initial consultation at Minnesota Building Contractors, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the roof of your home, garage, shed or barn. In case there are any indications of a storm event, we will inform you with detailed photographs of the damage found. Together, we will evaluate if the damage warrants an insurance claim. If not, we will present you with a retail estimate to replace your roof.

Our areas of expertise include the replacement of asphalt, standing seam metal, and stone coated steel roofing. We also assess the ventilation of your attic and, if necessary, enhance it to prolong the life of your new roofing system. We follow the manufacturer's installation guidelines as well as all relevant local and state building codes when installing your new roof. Once the job is finished, we conduct a comprehensive cleanup and utilize a magnetic roller to clear your yard, sidewalks, and driveway of any debris.
