  From start to finish, Roof Time Inc. was perfect! Their estimate was right on what my final bill was. They were fast and their work was meticulous. The job site was very clean (I didn’t find a nail on the ground after they completed the job and left). All their employees are very respectful and they are true professionals. I recommend them with the utmost confidence!

  Had a very nice experience with RoofTime at mom's home in Burnsville. Corey was excellent to work with in the field and Tom was fantastic in the back office. RoofTime took care of everything, battled with insurance on our behalf and got the project done. The end result looks excellent. Wind, hail, and tree damage at this location in Burnsville resulted in roof, siding, structural, and gutter damage. RoofTime was able to take care of the entire project, which was nice not to have to work with separate roof/siding/gutter contractors. They made sure in the end we never paid more than the insurance deductible. They are great communicators with Corey texting updates regularly and Tom emailing the status from the office side for insurance communication updates. Great experience with this group!

  Very please from the first visit from sales person through the completion of the job. The sales person took time to inspect interior of attic before we even talked about shingles. This was important to me as I had a roof replaced a few years back where later an inspector found a mold problem on the undersheathing of the roof. This attic inspection was offered/done without me even disclosing my previous issue - it was part of their service. Both the sales person and owner dealt with the insurance company to insure they were compensating me for what was being replaced. I have lived in this house for 32 years and this was my 4th roof replacement due to hail. Never before has a roofing company taken the time to negotiate a fair settlement, item for item. Plus the sales person informed me of shingle upgrade to class 4, hail resistant shingle available for minimal more money. This will hopefully reduce the number of re-roofs (I am sure the hail will keep coming) and got me a small reduction in my insurance premium. The shingle upgrade suggestion was never on the table in previous re-roofs. All-in-all, they seem like a full service company, not just a company looking to slap shingles on the roof, take their check, then disappear. I highly recommend considering Roof Time the next time you need roofing (and most likely any of their other services offered). I will!!!

  I am so incredibly pleased with Roof Time. Mitch and the entire team when above and beyond for me on my insurance claim for roof replacement in Minneapolis. Negotiating with an insurance company is definitely where Roof Time shines. My insurance company tried to get away with only paying $6,000 for my roof replacement and Roof Time negotiated for over 2 years to help me get an accurate amount for my claim. Roof Time was also able to get additional damages covered that the insurance company tried to omit. My insurance company should be ashamed of themselves for the games that they played with but Roof Time was there to help me every step of the way. In the end, I received over $55,000 worth of storm related work completed on my home and all it cost me was my deductible. I am very happy with my new roof, gutters, painting, siding and custom window flashing. You will not be disappointed!! Their new Roof Time Tracker system is incredible as well.

  We had a wonderful experience with Roof Time. Mitch and his team were always accessible, friendly and professional. We appreciated all the through explanation and videos. Every step in the process was explained to us and we knew what was coming up next which eased our minds. We love our new roof and siding. Roof Time is the best! We highly recommend them.
