    Last summer ***************************** and North Point Services remodeled our upstairs bathroom. There are two problems with the job - the ceiling vent does not vent outside of the house and the shower drain does not vent correctly - there is an odor coming from the shower drain. They also did not pull the correct permits with the city for the plumbing.

    This is ******* with North Point Services. We retiled your bathroom last summer and after we finished the project, I inspected it, everything has been done and worked properly. Nothing was wrong with the vents. We didnt hear any calls from you.  I just want to stop by to look and find out what your complaint was about. You still have an active warranty.
