Don't use this company. The business manager got on the phone to call us over our complaint and handled it very unprofessionally. He wouldn't even give out his name when I asked toward the end of our long conversation. During our conversation he called me "rude", a "racist" a "thief" and threated me and my family numerous times, and continued to insult me as their customer and refused to listen to our reasonable request. This company does not allow for satisfaction of a job well done. I directly asked him for references in the middle of our discussion and he told me it's "against the law". I never heard of this before so it appeared they are hiding something. During the work of this job no communication was happening and we didn't even know who the supervisor was of the job. They were to take photos so we could see how much work was being done and 1 photo was shown to my husband at the end of the job and it showed that the job was only completed half way according to the contract. Then on top of the direct threats after the completion of the job this company demanded immediate payment giving us no time to resolve our situation or concerns using a 3rd party. I strongly do not recommend using this company. The sale guy according to this business manager is the nicest person. What? If he was doing his job; he should have listened to our concerns. Then he refused to remain calm and quickly argued with me and told his business manager that I was the one being rude. Perhaps he should look in a mirror when he ran off in a huff. Just FYI, when a customer has a complaint about anything of course it may seem a bit rude, but you don't call that person rude now do you? If he knew how to handle a customer complaint or concern this would have never happened. What are they hiding? To keep any business running there are times you have to work with customers complaints. I know this because I was also an owner of a small business. Sometimes a company even has to take a loss over a mistake that are made. This company does not genuinely care about their customer. The customer is always number 1. If you don't treat your customer well your business will not do well, period. I worked for over 30 years dealing with customers and clients and have always been treated better than this company treated me. It was like they loved to ague instead of trying to solve a concern in a civil manner. We were just asking to verify the job that was done that was all. And withing an hour of them coming out we get a threatening phone call by the manager that went off on a tangent over how I was being so rude. I'm the kind of person that is honest and give others the benefit of the doubt. I will gladly pay for any service that I feel was done correctly as stated in the contract. This company failed big time when they did not allow us time to verify the work that was done by a 3rd party, but instead threatened us by calling and demanding their full payment. We had another contractor coming in to inspect the work they did (within 6 hours) and seems they are bothered by this, so what are they hiding? Poor communication and follow ups skills, disappointing overall.
