I have all the receipts in my possession. Since July 7th, 2021, I have paid over $1,500.00 for car repairs. The oil valve cover (gasket) repair got done, so then I went ahead with an air conditioning compressor. On7/29/21, I paid $839.83 for the compressor, then on 8/3/2021 I paid $363.00 for an air conditioning expansion valve. While driving home from Paul's Auto And Tire, I found my air conditioning did not blow any cool air. I called and was told by Stephen (the person at the desk) that he'd talk to his technician. As of this time, I have heard nothing from them. I want my air conditioning to work as it did prior to this incident. I cannot upload any documents, but as I've said. I have my receipts.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 15728883, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.MSG left on vm:
Pauls did pick up my car and put in a new air compressor and now I have cool air. This is resolved.
