On May 17, 2022 the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business performed or offered to perform the services of a plumbing contractor while their license was expired, a violation of Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 112 (b) (1)(8) and 326B.46, subd. 1(c) (2020). Under terms of the Consent Order, the business agreed to ensure that its plumbing contractor license is renewed on or before it expires and if they fail to renew the license as required, they will cease and desist from performing or offering to perform work as a plumbing contractor in Minnesota. The monetary penalty of $2500 was stayed on the condition the business complies with the terms of the Order. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the below link.
